Pumpkin seeds.

Roasted pumpkin seeds.
Salty ones, and sweet.

(bake at 325, coat baking sheet with olive oil, toss seeds in oil, and top with seasoning. 
i did half with salt, half with a cinnamon sugar mixture. both were great!
Toss after first 10 minutes or so, bake until golden ~25 minutes)

They filled our home with the most delicious, nutty aromas 
and everyone rather enjoyed munching on them throughout the day.

I feel like I am hibernating.
