What Ramona eats.


▲Cabbage soup with arborio rice, carrots, onion, and cilantro, and a piece of broiled baguette with balsamic vinegar, parmesan, and black pepper.



▲Black bean veggie burger topped with mushroom marinara and feta, apple slices on the side.


▲Tofu, pineapple, cherry tomato, onion, and basil stir fry, with a chili oil/lime/soy sauce over arborio rice. water.

  1. Awesome! Looks like you have an amazing eater on your hands. My toddler is the same and I love it. It's so fun to make him mini REAL meals. Although quite honestly there's nothing mini about his appetite.

    1. I am a firm believer that if you give children (from the very beginning of eating solid food) a variety of wholesome, diverse healthy foods, they will never be picky. I only have one child, so I might be just lucky, but I truly believe that she is a result of us never resorting to the same foods, same snacks. She was never able to become picky, because she couldn't ever expect the same old things!

      Props to you for having a good eater, too!
